Site layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.
More images released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
